About Us
Michael DesJardins is the Managing Shareholder and Founder of The law office of Michael DesJardins, Inc. Since 1990, he has been a formidable advocate in the California courts, representing clients across a broad spectrum of civil litigation, including business, real estate, personal injury, and employment law. Over his career, he has tried more than 100 cases and successfully managed hundreds of others.
His legal journey began at Marquette University Law School, where he served as a member of the Law Review. Upon earning his Juris Doctorate in 1986, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy, serving as a Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. During his service at Naval Air Station North Island and the Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, he provided counsel to SEAL teams and aviation squadrons, litigating numerous courts-martial and administrative hearings.
This powerful combination of military and civilian trial experience gives Michael uncommon insight into the legal process. He leverages his decades of courtroom success to help clients navigate complex legal analysis and strategic planning, always aiming to achieve the best results—whether that means fighting in court or avoiding litigation entirely.
